- Zum Abend etwas Leichtes. Angeregt durch die Ideen bei The Flying Apple Rote Beete- Apfel Carpaccio mit Zimt und Rote Beete Apfel Kiwi Carpaccio. Die drei Farben sollten die Stimmung aufhellen. Leider war keine grüne Kiwi verfügbar.
- Inspired by the ideas in blog by The Flying Apple a carpaccio of beetroots, apple and cinnamon. And another one beetroots apple and kiwi. Shame no green one around for the three colours should brighten me up.
