• Nach den üppigen Festtagen, steht mir der Sinn nach Klarheit und Einfachheit. Erdkohlrabi mit Tomaten und Basilikum.
• Erdkohlrabi blanchieren, abschrecken. Tomaten waschen, entstielen und mit gezupften Basilikumblättern bestreuen. Ich nehme mehrjähriges afrikanisches Basilikum.
  
• After all the great meals I long for simple and clear dishes. Kohlrabi, tomatoes and basil.
• Just bring the kohlrabi in cooking water for some minutes, then just cold water, wash tomatoes, cut the stalks and dress with basil leaves. Mine is african basil to be raised more than a year.
